"Much like my artwork and designs at Sacred Tide, songwriting is a touchstone for me. Harmony, in all forms, has always been at the forefront of my creative expression. I love songwriting as a tool to uncover and understand. I wrote 'High Tide' on acoustic guitar overlooking Stinson Beach after a summer fling turned cold. The change of heart, like the changing seasons, felt inevitable. And 'High Tide' was born from the feeling that the only certain thing in life is change.
